In our careers, we’ve found the path lighted by patience and empathy will always lead us in the right direction. And it takes so very little to just be kind.

In the restaurant business, especially, keeping low margins where it makes sense is what it takes to create a space that works for both our team and our guests. If kindness keeps a low margin without sacrificing good eats and good times, it’s a no-brainer.
